Traffic disrupted due to dispute at restaurant over payment for Haleem

Hyderabad: A dispute between a customer and the management of an eatery in Musheerabad over payment for Haleem led to a traffic jam late on Friday night. 4-Chili’s Kitchen management said that the customer was leaving without paying for his Haleem.

Sources said the manager ran from the counter and stopped the customer on the road. When he refused to pay the money, the manager attacked him. Police said the customer’s friends, who were standing nearby, retaliated. The restaurant staff joined in and it turned into a scuffle.
This continued for about 15 minutes, during which there was a jam on the road. Police have registered a case from both sides and are scanning CCTV camera footage to identify the attackers.
