Tractor crushes bike rider, painful death

Janjgir-Champa. Bike rider Rahim Khan, aged 42, died after being hit by the cage wheel of a speeding tractor in village Sarkho of the district. On receiving the information the police team reached the spot. The family members and villagers blocked the road by keeping the dead body. The tractor driver is said to be absconding from the spot. The entire matter is of Naila Chowki sub police station area.

According to the information received, Rahim Khan, a resident of village Sarkho, was going towards home on his bike. Rahim Khan was hit by the cage wheel attached to the wheel of a high-speed tractor coming after plowing the field, due to which Rahim Khan suffered serious injuries and died on the spot. After the accident, the driver fled from the spot with the tractor.

This incident occurred around 7.45 pm. The family members and villagers have blocked the road by keeping the body on the road for many hours. Besides, there is a demand to give compensation amount to the family of the deceased and action against the tractor driver.
