Tomorrow there will be formation of polling party and installation of name symbol in EVM

Sarangarh Bilaigarh. Office of Collector and District Election Officer has issued a letter to the president of all political parties of the district and the president of Nagar Panchayat, councilor candidates, all sector officers, all district, block level master trainers for commissioning work. Inviting in the issued letter, it has been said that for the voting to be held in the Nagar Panchayat of the district in Strong Room, Krishi Upaj Mandi Complex Sarangarh from 7 am on February 7, the work of installing election symbol, name of candidate etc. in EVM machines (commissioning), polling party and polling station team formation (randomization) will be started.

Officer appointed for campaign vehicle, meeting, procession, loudspeaker permission

Keeping in view the Municipality and Three-tier Panchayat General Election 2024-25, Collector and District Election Officer Dharmesh Kumar Sahu has issued an order regarding the use of loudspeakers under the Chhattisgarh Noise Control Act 1985. In this order, revenue officers have been appointed as competent officers in relation to organizing election campaign meetings, use of loudspeakers in meetings, use of loudspeakers in campaign vehicles, determining the route of procession and granting permission for taking out procession. Accordingly, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sarangarh has been appointed for the district headquarters Sarangarh, Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned in Sub-Division Sarangarh and Bilaigarh headquarters, Tehsildar and Executive Magistrate in Tehsil headquarters and Naib Tehsildar and Executive Magistrate in Sub-Tehsil headquarters. These appointed competent officers will register the receipt of application forms received for permission by the candidate or party in their office and will issue permission in the prescribed form as per rules.
