TNVS demands resignation of BRAU Vice Chancellor and Registrar

Srikakulam: Representatives of Telugu Nadu Vidyarthi Samakhya (TNVS) on Thursday demanded that Dr B R Ambedkar University (BRAU) vice-chancellor (VC) K R Rajini and registrar P Sujatha should resign. They staged a protest in front of the vice-chancellor’s chamber on the university campus at Etcherla in the district on Thursday.

They raised slogans against the vice-chancellor and registrar and accused them of violating rules in recruitments and illegally benefiting YSRCP candidates. They demanded the government to conduct a detailed inquiry into the actions of these two designated officials.

TNVS district president Balaga Praharsha and members said they have been receiving several complaints against the vice-chancellor and registrar and would submit it to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Human Resource Development Minister Nara Lokesh.
