Tiger attacks bike riders, two injured

Khatima. A tiger attacked and injured a father-in-law and son-in-law coming from Madutanda on the Katima-Puranpur road. The injured were admitted to Madani Hospital. Who returned home after first aid. This incident which took place on Pranpur Road has come to light from Mahaov mountain of Pilihit district.

Zaheeruddin (55) and Mohammad Azim (31), residents of Islamnagar, were returning home from Pranpur Khatima Road in Pilhit district of Uttar Pradesh when they were attacked by a tiger, due to which both of them fell along with the bike. At the same time, other vehicles arrived and the tiger left the area, saving both their lives.

The injured were admitted to Madani Hospital. After receiving information about this incident, a Forest Service team from Sly Range reached the hospital to inquire about the condition of the injured and to get detailed information about the accident site. It was learned that the incident took place in the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve in the Makhov Mountains of Pilibhit district of Uttar Pradesh. The injured were returned home after initial treatment by doctors.
