three school students drowned in the river

Patna (IANS) | While returning from school in Bihar’s Supaul district, three students drowned in the Tilyug river to take a bath to beat the heat. The police gave this information on Saturday. The deceased have been identified as Aryan Kumar (14), Aman Kumar (14) and Setu Kumar (13). All three are residents of ward number 12 of Nirmali Nagar.

On getting information about the incident, we immediately reached the spot and started the rescue operation, said an SDRF official. The bodies were fished out of the river in the evening and sent for postmortem.
