Three people died, two injured as car overturned in Shamirpet

Hyderabad: Three people were killed and two others injured when a car went out of control and overturned at Turkapalli of Shamirpet on the outskirts of the city on Friday. The cause of the accident is believed to be rash and negligent driving, police said. According to police, the accident occurred when the car driver lost control of the steering in an attempt to avoid hitting a heavy vehicle ahead.

Three people in the car sustained serious injuries and died on the spot. Two others in the car sustained serious injuries and were admitted to a private hospital. Their condition is said to be stable. On receiving information, Shamirpet police reached the spot and started investigation. A case of death and injury due to negligence has been registered.
