Threatening video went viral on Instagram, 3 including minor arrested

Raipur. In Saraswati Nagar police station area of the capital, some unknown miscreants uploaded a threatening video on Instagram while commenting on girls in an intoxicated state, after which the police immediately arrested these miscreants. Police said that the three miscreants Rakesh Sahu, Hasv Sahu and a minor were arrested after uploading the video.

Police further said that the three boys, along with a minor, had made a video which is said to be one to two months old. Although today’s youth have made social media a new way of entertainment, on the other hand some unknown miscreants are misusing this social media. Police took action against three boys including a minor under section 151 and sent them to jail.

The youth of the capital Raipur are making irresponsible videos to make reels on Instagram. One such video is going viral on Instagram. In which the young man is calling himself a father while delivering the dialogue. Then they are also threatening to kill. As soon as this video went viral, the police traced the youth within 6 hours and made them apologize by holding their ears. Three youths are seen in this video. Out of which one is said to be a minor. So, 30 year old Rakesh Sahu is a resident of Kota BSUP Colony. 19 year old Harsh Sahu is also a resident of Kota. These youth had made reels standing near Saraswati Nagar railway station in Raipur. Then Rakesh uploaded it on his Instagram account.

After this video, the police of Saraswati Nagar police station searched for the youth. Then within 6 hours all the youth were brought to the police station. Holding his ears in front of the police, he apologized and said that we had made a video on Instagram. Wrong words were used in this video. We apologize for this. We have made a mistake. During this, the youth said that no one else should make such videos due to which you too have to suffer like us.

Regarding this matter, Azad Chowk CSP IPS Mayank Gurjar said that some youths uploaded videos giving wrong messages on social media. Taking this into cognizance we have arrested him. Police is taking preventive action against them. Gurjar said that if anyone misuses social media, strictest action will be taken against him. The message of the police is that people should follow social media guidelines. The police also keeps blocking such accounts from time to time.
