Threatened to kill for returning Rs 50 thousand, case registered

Raipur. A case has been registered for threatening to kill if the loan of Rs 50,000 is not returned. According to DD Nagar Police, Mohd. Nafeesuddin had borrowed Rs 50 thousand from Anjali Kaushal (23), resident of Indraprastha Colony, Raipur, on February 23. He had to return it in a few days. Anjali was asking for it back for two-three days. When he asked again yesterday evening, Nafeesuddin abused him, beat him with his hand and fist and threatened to kill him. Anjali lodged a report at DD Nagar police station yesterday evening. Another incident took place at Gate 3 of Bhathagaon bus stand. Moin Khan (25) and Shoaib Akhtar clashed again yesterday afternoon over old rivalry. Shoaib scuffled, abused Moin and threatened to kill him. Moin Khan lodged a report at Tikrapara police station. Here in Kanshiram Nagar yesterday evening, Rukmani Aggarwal, Lalit, Balodeep scuffled with Santoshi Sahu 44, abused him and threatened to kill him.

Actually, Rukmani and someone among her friends had spit on the mouth of Santoshi’s grandson after gargling his mouth. Seeing this, Santoshi protested. There was a huge scuffle over this issue. Santoshi lodged a report at Telibandha police station at night. There was a ruckus between the two parties of Kanti Patel and Phoolbai Miri yesterday evening in Satnami Para of village Baroda in the assembly police station area. On this both of them filed a case against each other. Narayan Dhivar had parked his bicycle in Naresh Verma’s byara yesterday afternoon in village Tekari of Mandir Hasaud. The king took it out and dropped it on the ground. On this matter, both of them abused, punched and threatened to kill. Naresh lodged a report against Narayan. Similarly, a scuffle broke out again last evening over old enmity between two groups of Nikita Bharti, Rajendra Bharti, Rudraksh and Manorama Barik, Ujala Netam residents of Municipal Corporation Colony Amapara. Both the parties filed a case against each other at Azad Chowk police station at night. In all these cases, the concerned police station has registered a case under section 294,506,323,34 and is searching for the accused.
