Threatened to kill, case registered against 4 accused
Balod. During plowing in village Nipani, there was a fight between four people, including the deaf and dumb, when bore water came in the field. Tushar Chandrakar told that Shivkumar Chandrakar, the younger uncle who is deaf and dumb, was plowing the field with a tractor.
When there was difficulty in driving the tractor due to Kevalchandra Chandrakar’s bore water coming in the field, the uncle pointed out to tie the flow of water to the soil. Dwarka, who was present on the spot, gave this information to Kevalchandra Chandrakar. After which there was a dispute between uncle and Kevalchandra Chandrakar.

On the other hand, Kevalchand Chandrakar told that there was a dispute with Shiva regarding the flow of water in the field. Tushar and Shiv abused on this matter. Shiv punched his hand and Tushar beat him with a stick. When son Chandan came to rescue, he was also beaten. On the report of both the parties, an offense under sections 294, 323, 506 has been registered against four people at Balod police station.
