Dubai: The park, which remains closed during the summer season, will reopen with the onset of winter. Officials said that this time preparations have been made in a very grand way and the sixth season will provide a better experience to the visitors. Guests can tour the park on foot or by shuttle train. This season is linked to six different themed zones. Visitors can safely interact with wildlife. Each zone will present activities that emphasize the importance of animal conservation and highlight the park’s efforts to protect wildlife.
Popular live presentations will also be given by expert zoologists. The Safari Park has more than 3,000 animals in the categories of 78 mammal, 50 reptile and 111 bird species. Ahmed Al Sarouni, Head of Public Parks and Recreation Facilities at Dubai Municipality, said that it is the largest park in the Middle East region.
