Third gender made victim of unnatural sex, accused arrested

Korba: The police has arrested the accused who had unnatural sex and assaulted the third gender and sent him to jail. The accused youth was continuously committing unnatural incest with the victim on the pretext of marriage. When the third gender opposed this, the accused used to abuse and assault him. On the complaint of the victim, the police took the matter seriously and the accused was caught. The name of the accused is Pitambar Banjare father Dhansai Banjare age 27 years resident of Mudabhata police station Kosir district Sarangarh.

chhattisgarh news Actually, on May 18, the applicant had filed a written application and lodged a complaint that Pitambar Banjare had assaulted the applicant on the pretext of marriage and committed unnatural incest. On the application of the applicant, a crime was registered at the Balkonagar police station and investigation was started. The accused was absconding since the incident. SP Siddharth Tiwari took the matter seriously and ordered to investigate and arrest the accused.

A team was formed to arrest the accused under the leadership of Additional SP UBS Chauhan and CSP Pratibha Markam and Police Station Incharge Balko Abhinavkant Singh. The team was constantly searching for the accused Pitambar Banjare. Due to the continuous efforts of the police team, the accused was arrested on June 24 and sent on judicial remand.
