Thieves took away teacher’s jewelry from BSL Colony BBMB, price being told as three and a half lakhs
Sundernagar. In BSL Colony, unknown thieves from BBMB broke into the quarters of a female teacher and made away with three and a half lakh ornaments. DSP Sundernagar Dinesh Kumar said that Jaya Kumari’s wife Pradeep Singh has lodged a complaint that when she had gone for mandi duty, the thieves entered her quarter from behind and broke open the lock of the almirah and stole gold ornaments.
These include gold mangalsutra chain and two gold bangles, which cost around 3,50,000. On the basis of the complaint, the police has registered a case under section 454, 380 and has speeded up the upcoming action.
