Thieves steal valuables from Vani Vihar University campus, loot jewelery worth Rs 5 lakh

Bhubaneswar: Burglars broke into the Vani Vihar campus in the Capital city and looted gold ornaments and cash worth 7 lakhs As per reports, the theives broke into one of the government quarters on the University campus by cutting the doors and decamped with ornaments, laptop, mobile and cash worth 7 lakhs.

The owner of the house have lodged a complaint at the Sahid Nagar police station.

The police have reached the spot and found a leather bag at the site. The cops have started a probe into the matter.
