Most of the homeowners have lost their peace of mind due to negative energy and direction of sleep, which is a significant factor in losing peace of mind. The sleeping position of people is extremely important because this is the position in which we spend our 8-10 hours. Our bed is surrounded by energies and if the person sleeping on it faces the wrong direction then he has to face unwanted consequences, which affects his health and peace of mind.
The position of our sleeping bed is of primary concern to get better peace of mind as this position provides us with strength and enhances decision making power. We generally spend maximum time on our bed and if this place is not conducive then all round peace and health will be affected. So it is advisable to check your sleeping position to regain peace and power of decision.
Always sleep with your head towards south or east and avoid heading towards north or west.
Elderly people, retired people and home owners should choose south-west direction for sleeping to maintain mental peace.
Unmarried girls should adopt north-west direction for sleeping and south-west direction is prohibited as it makes them stubborn.
