There will be a ban on car entry in Sadar and Malviya Road

Raipur. The corporation administration is once again preparing to conduct an experiment regarding traffic in Malviya Road and Sadar Bazaar. Underground cabling work on Malviya Road has been completed recently. The Municipal Commissioner also discussed banning four-wheelers in Sadar and Malviya Road.

Let us tell you here that for the last two decades, every new Municipal Commissioner has appointed Sadar, Malviya Road. Many experiments were done like ban on four-wheelers, parking in Gandhi Maidan. But bullion traders have been opposing everything. And this road keeps struggling with traffic jams.

However, late yesterday evening Mishra held a meeting of Smart City officials at the Corporation Headquarters building. In which Superintending Engineer of the Corporation Rajesh Sharma, Deputy Manager of Smart City PK Panchayati, Executive Engineer of Zone No. 6 Atul Chopra and Smart City officials including Anshul Sharma, who had previously worked in the Smart City, were also present. In the meeting, Shri Mishra said that a lot of work is incomplete in zone numbers 2, 4 and 7. There are many such works too, if done, the condition of those places will change and the place will start looking beautiful. He reviewed the beautification of Budhapara protest site and other works of Maharaj Bandh Pond Phase 2. The money received for smart city works will lapse in the month of June. On this he said that instructions were given to complete the work as soon as possible.
