At the same time, the train coming from Durg arrived at platform number 2. During this time, due to the absence of a platform on the other side, the passengers had to cross the track by running.

It is being told that both the trains often used to reach platform number one at an interval of some time, but due to the delay of the trains, they reached together. Passengers had to face problems in going to platform number 2 and boarding the train. During this, the passengers said that such a situation arose due to the absence of a platform and the absence of an overbridge. Some people could not even reach the train. A big accident could have happened during this time. The railway is not paying attention to this. The elderly have faced the most trouble. Balod Chamber of Commerce President Raju Patel has demanded from the railway that boarding and deboarding facilities should be provided on platform number two as soon as possible. Trains should be run on time so that passengers do not have to face such problems.
