There is no place for violence in democracy in Odisha, says Nikunj Bihari Dhal

Bhubaneswar: A day after ordering the deployment of 20 CAPF companies in Ganjam in the wake of pre-poll violence in Khallikote, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Nikunj Bihari Dhall on Friday held talks with political parties to ensure peaceful polling in the next elections.
