While going to Raipur, while talking to the media in Katghora, Minister Rajwada said that nutritious food is being provided regularly to pregnant women and children through Anganwadi centers, due to which the condition of malnutrition in the state is improving. He claimed that the schemes and efforts of the BJP government are showing effect at the ground level, and in the coming time the problem of malnutrition will be further controlled.
Criticizing the policies of the Congress, Rajwada said that malnutrition was ignored during the previous government, resulting in an increase in the number of malnourished children in the state. The BJP government has taken many concrete steps taking this challenge seriously, due to which the situation is now improving. He said that the Vishnudev government of the state is fully committed to the nutrition of pregnant women and newborn children.
