After that he ran away from there. Sunil became suspicious after seeing Mahendra Sahu like this. After his brother’s arrival, he went upstairs and saw that jewelery worth Rs 13 lakh and cash worth Rs 60 thousand were missing. The lock of the room was broken. The goods were also scattered. He reached the police station and lodged a report. When the police arrested and interrogated the accused Mahendra, he told that after seeing the deserted house, he had reached the roof through a water pipe. They broke the lock of the room and took away the gold and silver jewelery kept in the cupboard.
