The entry of non-Hindu is prohibited only at Harki Paidi. Apart from this, there is no such system or order for any Ganga Ghat or any public place, in which there is a ban on the movement of any non-Hindu. Apart from Harki Paidi, people of all religions have always been coming and going on almost all the Ganga Ghats. Muslims also bathe at Gangnahar Ghats, especially in Jwalapur, which has a mixed population. Never before has such an incident come to the fore on any Ganga Ghat.
