The state’s various schemes were reviewed under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary.

Raipur. A review of the state’s schemes was conducted today in the auditorium of the Ministry, chaired by Chief Secretary Vikas Sheel. Vikas Sheel directed the secretaries to prepare a work plan for their respective departments for the next three years to ensure efficient and rapid progress in the state. He emphasized that their objective is to work continuously for the benefit of the public.

The meeting included a detailed evaluation of the new budget proposals, schemes, and the progress of construction projects included in the 2025-26 budget. Department-wise presentations were also given based on targets and achievements. A thorough review was conducted on all key points, including the updated status of onboarding and payments in the SNA-SPARSH system for centrally sponsored schemes, the progress of major schemes, the status of new budget proposals, administrative approvals for construction works in 2024-25 and 2025-26, and information on capital expenditure. Special discussions were also held on expenditure against budget provisions and the current status of e-office implementation.

Furthermore, the Chief Secretary instructed that the Aadhaar-enabled biometric attendance system be properly implemented in all departments, and that the e-office system be fully operational at the directorate and district levels in the coming year. He also directed that the establishment in-charge of all departments ensure that all officers and employees are fully onboarded on the MHRMS portal. The Chief Secretary instructed that all necessary corrective and progressive steps be taken within the stipulated timeframe. Principal Secretaries, Secretaries, and senior officers from all departments were present at the meeting.
