The accused forcefully took the victim to Indore by threatening to kill her and continued to rape her for 14 days here as well. When the victim returned to her home, she lodged a complaint in Jaijaipur Police Station.

Chhattisgarh news According to the information, the incident is from Jaijaipur area. The victim lodged a complaint on June 28. The victim told that she used to go to work as a laborer in the house of Rameshwar Prasad Chandra of the village. She had also gone there on June 2, the day of the incident. Meanwhile, Rameshwar Chandra called the victim to his room on the pretext of work and raped her forcefully. When the victim protested, the accused threatened to kill her and said that he would defame her in the village. The victim did not complain to anyone due to fear of public shame. When the victim remained silent, the courage of the accused Rameshwar Chandra increased further. The accused threatened the victim and took her to Indore and raped her for 14 days in a rented house. The victim was upset with the accused’s actions and lodged a complaint in the police station as soon as she reached Sakti. SP Ankita Sharma took the case seriously and gave instructions to arrest the accused. A case was registered against the accused under sections 376, 506 and Rameshwar Chandra was arrested on June 30 and sent to jail on judicial remand.
