Giving information after observing the location of the drain to be built by Mayor and junior engineer Manish Kumar in Pakki Phulwari, Municipal Corporation Mayor Garima Devi Sikariya said that from Ajay Tiwari’s house in the locality near Arun Kumar’s plot to NH 727 The construction of this RCC drain of total length of 616 feet will cost more than 19.22 lakhs.

Mayor Sikariya also said that making the entire Municipal Corporation area water-logging free is one of his first priorities. Initiatives are also going on on the plan to treat the dirty water of the drain and make it suitable for reuse along with the best drainage system in the entire Municipal Corporation area. The Mayor informed that the initiative to publish tenders on the basis of ward-wise survey is going on. He said that in the upcoming rainy season, people do not have to face the problem of water logging anywhere, for this the municipal administration is working and taking other initiatives at many levels.
