The entire village turned out to welcome the Agniveers.

Raipur. Both sons of Mr. Mangal Dhiwar, from the village of Sarkhi, near the capital city, have been selected for the Agnipath scheme (Agniveer). Upon their first return to the village after completing their training, the entire village gave them a grand welcome. The main road leading to the village was decorated with music, drums, and flowers.

There was an atmosphere of joy throughout the village. Women welcomed them with traditional aarti ceremonies. Also present on this occasion were Syed Zakir Ali, Principal of Sau Kan Kusum Tai Dabke Law College, Haji Syed Hasmat Ali, Haji Abdul Hafeez Baba Bhai, and Zakir Ghursena, who also welcomed them with garlands of flowers.
