The condition of roads in Jashpur is improving.

Raipur. As part of the Chhattisgarh government’s efforts to strengthen road infrastructure in the state, repair work on BT (Battalion) roads in Jashpur district is progressing rapidly. The Public Works Department, Jashpur, has approved ₹4.5 crore (45 million rupees) for the repair and maintenance of a total of 220.70 kilometers of roads in the district.
According to department officials, the works are being completed on a priority basis. BT (Battalion) repair work on 17 kilometers of the Saraipani-Bagichha road and 4 kilometers of the Dodaramba-Dhulukona road, totaling 21 kilometers, has been completed by November 5, 2025.
The target for completing the remaining road repairs is December 2025. Completion of these works will further improve road connectivity in the district and facilitate transportation in both rural and urban areas. This initiative of road repair works in Jashpur will not only enhance the convenience of the local citizens but will also give a new impetus to economic and social activities.
