The partnership aims to provide a better after-sales experience to Joy e-Bike customers and expand it to over 1,000 touchpoints across the country. Speedforce has an average waiting period of 150 vehicles per dealer and month at its extensive network of service centers across 350 locations. In this context, Joy e-Bike expects that this joint venture will win over 50,000 new customers across the country every month.

As part of the joint venture, Speedforce intends to sell Joy e-Bike models exclusively at its branches, so that customers can easily buy Joy e-bikes at one place. This will impact the acceptance of Joy e-Bike in areas where showrooms are currently not available. This greater range extends the WardWizard range to new customers and strengthens its presence across the country.

Speedforce has extensive experience in maintenance vehicles with combustion engines (ICE). The company has entered the field of electric vehicle services to promote environmentally friendly green mobility. This joint venture will help Speedforce promote environmentally friendly transportation as well as support Joy e-Bike’s sustainable transportation efforts. Customers can find their vehicles waiting not only at Joy e-Bike exhibition rooms but also at Speedforce branches across the country, especially in Areen where there is no Joy e-Bike service station.
