Raipur. Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh held a review meeting of the concerned departments regarding the lifting of fertilizers and seeds in the district. He said that set a daily target and ensure targeted lifting of fertilizers and seeds. The collector has instructed the officials to ensure the availability of fertilizers and seeds to the farmers as per their demand.
The collector instructed the officials of agriculture and other related departments that farmers should not face any kind of problem. He said that farmers should be requested to lift fertilizers and seeds from now on. He also instructed the committee employees to make the rules of Kisan Credit Card easier and provide its benefits to maximum number of farmers. The field staff and officers of the Agriculture Department were instructed to keep in touch with the farmers along with visiting their respective areas regularly. The collector said that keep an eye on the storage and lifting of fertilizers and seeds. District Panchayat CEO Kumar Biswaranjan, Deputy Director Agriculture KK Kashyap, Cooperative Bank CEO Apeksha Vyas and other officials were present in this meeting.
