FIR filed against Khan Sir
After a video of firing in front of the Khan Global Studies campus in Musallahpur, Patna, went viral, a case has been filed against Khan Sir at the Kadamkuan police station. The video shows the bodyguard firing a modified 355 rifle. As soon as the video of the firing went viral, police took action and arrested two of Khan Sir’s bodyguards, Pradeep Kumar and Shaleshvar Prasad.
Both were taken to court on Friday. The 38-second viral video reveals two to three rounds of firing. The arrested guards, Pradeep Kumar, are from Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, and Shaleshvar Prasad is from Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh. The Town DSP has confirmed that a case has been filed against Khan Sir. The police are now searching for him in this matter.

The entire incident occurred on Tuesday night (June 2nd). A large number of people created a ruckus and pelted stones at the Khan Global Studies campus, located near the Kisan Cold Storage in Musallahpur, under the Kadamkuan police station. There were also allegations of firing. Chunchun Kumar, a Khan Global Studies staff member and guard and a resident of Digha Bata, was injured in the head due to the assault and stone pelting.
A case was registered in this matter at the Kadamkuan police station. Subsequently, three people, including the operator of Gyan Bindu, were arrested and sent to jail. However, students are demanding their release. Despite this, the police investigation is ongoing. It remains to be seen what further action is taken.
