The administration is waiting for the dilapidated school to fall down, 400 children study there

Balrampur. The condition of the Higher Secondary School operating in Shankargarh of the district has become very bad. The building has become so dilapidated that it has started falling on its own and accidents are happening continuously. About 400 children are studying in this school and are facing trouble every day during the rainy season. Last year, two students were injured due to the plaster of the roof falling, even after that the building was not repaired.
This is an old school of Shankargarh block. It is located about 80 kilometers away from the district headquarters. Both boys and girls study in this school and their number is about 400.
The condition of all the rooms of the building has become very bad and it has become so dilapidated that sitting in them during the rainy season is also like inviting danger. When it rains, all the rooms start leaking and the plaster also starts falling. Along with the students, the teachers here are also very upset. They told that during the rain, the children are made to sit together and study so that no accident happens. At that time, the school is also closed early.
