The accused in the half murder case has been arrested in Raipur
Raipur. Applicant Bhavesh Tandi father Hemant Tandi age 20 years resident of Sahu Para Fafadeep Police Station Ganj Raipur reported that on 08.07.2024 his uncle’s son Adi Tandi called and informed that on 08.07.2024 his brother Harsh Tandi was seriously injured by accused Tikku Sikka, Jamal and Sushil near Jagriti Nagar Durga Pandal by stabbing him on the left side of his chest, both hands and left thigh due to an old dispute.
On the report of the applicant, crime number 566/24 section 109.3 (5) BNS 25,27 Arms Act was registered in Khamtarai police station and accused Mohammad Jamal father Abdul Qazi age 42 years resident of Trimurti Nagar Indira Awas Police Station Devendra Nagar on 09.07.24 and accused Sunil Soni father Dhanman Soni age 24 years resident of. The accused Henmat Sikka alias Tikku, son of Mannulal Sikka, aged 24 years, resident of Trimurti Nagar Shiv Mandir, Devendra Nagar Police Station, Raipur was arrested today on 26.07.2024 and sent on judicial remand.
