Temperature will increase in Tamil Nadu today

Tamil Nadu : The Chennai Meteorological Department has said that the maximum temperature in Tamil Nadu will be 3 degrees Celsius above normal on Wednesday.
The highest temperature in Tamil Nadu was recorded at 103.28 degrees Fahrenheit at Madurai Airport as of Tuesday afternoon. Chennai Nungambakkam, Thoothukudi – (each) 101.84, Vellore – 101.6, Chennai Meenambakkam – 100.94, Thanjavur, Paramathi Vellore – (each) 100.4, Trichy – 100.22, heat wave has reached 7 places.
Moreover, the maximum temperature will be 3 degrees Celsius above normal at some places in Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.
Rain will continue: Due to change in the speed of western wind, moderate rain with thunder and lightning is likely at one or two places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal areas from Wednesday (June 4) to June 9.
Chennai and Puducherry regions are expected to receive moderate rainfall on June 4. However, the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 100.4 Fahrenheit.
Meanwhile, Chennai, Ambattur and surrounding areas received sudden rainfall on Tuesday evening, bringing a pleasant cool breeze in the scorching heat of the day.
