Telangana News: Southwest monsoon entered parts of Telangana

Hyderabad. Hyderabad: The summer season is officially coming to an end with the southwest monsoon entering parts of Telangana on Monday, bringing relief to people from the scorching heat.The India Meteorological Department has confirmed the advancement of the southwest monsoon into some parts of the central Arabian Sea, including parts of Telangana, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

The weather department has also said that conditions are favourable for the southwest monsoon to advance into more parts of the states. The monsoon is likely to reach all parts of the southern states in the coming 4-5 days. The IMD has forecast heavy rain on June 7 and light to moderate rains in Telangana from June 3 to 10.
