Tehsildar sealed the jaggery factory

Surguja. Tehsildar IC Yadav sealed the Gud Factory, which has been operating for the last 8 years in Bilaspur Gram Panchayat of Batauli development block, today with the entire team. According to the information received, many types of things were coming out about the jaggery factory for the last several days, in which the matter of kidnapping minor girls from the employees there, getting wages from minor children was coming to the fore.

Recently, a minor child was seriously injured when he fell into a pot of jaggery while working. After several things came to the fore, as a precautionary measure, the Revenue Department sealed the area today under the leadership of Tehsildar IC Yadav with the help of the police administration. In the past days, after coming to know about the work of minor children and after the incident of a minor child being seriously injured after falling into a hot pan while working, the villagers and the people’s representatives of the area raised concerns about the quality factory. The administration was requested to take action. Tehsildar Batauli IC Yadav sealed it today in the same sequence.

IC Yadav Tehsildar Batauli told that the jaggery factory operating for the last 8 years was working illegally. Many serious allegations were being leveled against the operator of jaggery factory for the last several days, today when it was investigated, it was found that without permission and commercial diversion, the factory was found to be on the said land. Jaggery factory was established on one acre, which has been sealed, further action is being taken.
