Teacher stabbed to death, sensation spread in the area

Madhubani. On Saturday, in broad daylight, a criminal stabbed a contractual teacher to death at Kotwali Chowk in Madhubani’s Nagar police station area. The deceased has been identified as Alok Kumar Yadav (age 35), son of Baijnath Yadav, a resident of Nagar police station area. People present at the scene said that the young man was going towards his house. During this time, a person named Vikas Kumar came and started talking to Alok Kumar Yadav. Both were talking to each other when Vikas took out a knife and attacked Alok. In this, Vikas stabbed him several times and then Alok fell unconscious on the ground. After this, he was admitted to Madhubani Sadar Hospital for treatment.

Where the doctor declared him dead. On receiving the information of the incident, Sadar SDO Rajiv Kumar reached the spot and started raiding various places to arrest the criminal. During this, information was received that the criminal is at Madhubani railway station and is trying to escape. As soon as the information was received, the police of Nagar police station reached the railway station to catch the criminal and surrounded the criminal from all sides and arrested him. At present, the police is interrogating the arrested criminal in the case. There is an atmosphere of tension in the entire area since the incident. The deceased Alok Kumar was working as a contract teacher in Sitamarhi. Apart from this, the police has taken his body into custody and sent it for postmortem.
