TD state chief Palla Srinivas reviews development works in Gajuwaka

Visakhapatnam: TD State President Palla Srinivasa Rao on Tuesday reviewed development projects in his home constituency of Gajuwaka, along with Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner Ketan Garg.

Participating in the GVMC review meeting held at the Gajuwaka Club, Srinivasa Rao assessed the progress of ongoing infrastructure and civic development projects in the area. Addressing officials, he emphasized that development should be visible, measurable, and directly beneficial to the public. He emphasized that every project should reflect quality, speed, and transparency, and that officials should work with a focus on the needs and expectations of the people. He emphasized that government schemes and opportunities should be utilized effectively to ensure the well-being of the people.

Emphasizing the GVMC’s role as a coordinating agency, Srinivasa Rao said that people often find it difficult to communicate with various departments separately. He urged the civic body to bring all departments on a common platform to ensure good service delivery.

He further stated that development projects should not only meet current needs but also address future needs. He also stated that strong inter-departmental coordination will lead to more visible results and strengthen public confidence in governance.
