Tandi-Pangi road blocked after landslide in Himachal

Shimla (IANS) | The Tandi-Pangi road has been blocked for traffic due to massive landslide at high altitude Tholang in Himachal Pradesh’s Lahaul and Spiti district. The officers provided this information.

An official told IANS that there was no report of any casualty.

The official said that the local administration has informed about the landslide incident in Tholong village, due to which the road is blocked for traffic.

He said that regarding the blockade, the Border Roads Organization (BRO) has been informed for clearance of the route.

The picturesque Buddhist-dominated Thalong village in the Lahaul Valley has helped many personnel in the top-level civil services in the state.
