Tamil Nadu Village Assistant Jobs: New Guidelines Released

Tamil Nadu : New guidelines have been issued for the Tamil Nadu Village Assistant job. According to this, reading and writing skills should be given priority. Order issued by P. Amuda, Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department in this regard: The Commissioner of Revenue Administration has sent comments to the government regarding the change in the selection process and marking criteria for the appointment of Village Assistants. Based on these, some new guidelines should be followed in the appointment of Village Assistants. For the post of Village Assistant, it is mandatory to submit the mark sheet of 10th class examination. The examination should be written with Tamil subject. With this process, the new applicant should be given full marks whether he has written and passed the 10th class examination or not. Also, even if the applicant has a driving license or is able to drive a two-wheeler, full marks should be given. During the interview for the post of Village Assistant, reading and writing skills will be tested. Marks should be given according to the reading and writing skills of the applicant. The concerned District Magistrates should ensure that notifications regarding the appointment of Gram Sahayak are published properly and as per the relevant procedures. The concerned District Magistrates should ensure that the selection process for the posts of Gram Sahayak is done following the relevant procedures. Only then should the election results be published on the website of the concerned District Magistrate Office. The District Collector should ensure that the results of the Gram Sahayak election are published on the websites of the concerned District Collector Offices. He said that disciplinary action should be taken in case of any violation in this regard.
