Tamil Nadu: Rain will continue in 4 districts for the next 2 hours

Tamil Nadu: The Chennai Meteorological Department said on Tuesday that rain will continue in four districts of Tamil Nadu until 10 am.

Due to the prevailing storm signals in the Malacca Strait and the adjoining South Andaman Sea, Kumari Sea and surrounding areas, a heavy rain warning has been issued for the southern districts of Tamil Nadu.

In such a situation, the Chennai Meteorological Department said in a statement issued at 7 am today that Kanyakumari, Tenkasi, Theni and Tirunelveli districts will receive moderate rain until 10 am.

It is worth noting that earlier a heavy rain warning was issued for Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi and Ramanathapuram districts today.
