Tamil Nadu is the only state that the BJP cannot win: CM
Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister and DMK leader M.K. Stalin said that the BJP cannot win in Tamil Nadu.
Speaking at the DMK Youth North Zone Conference held at Kalaignar Thidal in Malampadi area of Tiruvannamalai on Sunday evening, Chief Minister Stalin said:
When I see new blood like you in the DMK at this conference, I feel renewed joy and hope. The DMK Youth Wing was conceived and established by former Chief Minister Karunanidhi. We launched the Youth Wing on July 25, 1980, at Janasirani Park in Madurai. It was this Youth Wing that supported all the activities of the DMK.
Now we have entrusted this responsibility to Udhayanidhi Stalin. Opponents say that Udhayanidhi is “very dangerous.” He is very dedicated to the policies. He works according to the needs of the party.
Aggressive reactionary forces: After the BJP came to power for the third time at the Centre, right-wing and reactionary forces have started operating more aggressively than ever before.
They try to instill lies, slander, and reactionary ideas in people who believe that everything is good, through sweet talk. Reactionary ideas spread rapidly; to stop this, we must put forward our principles. When someone doesn’t hesitate to lie, why should we hesitate to speak the truth?
We will not bow down to arrogance: Along with the duty to protect Tamil Nadu and the Tamil language, we also have the duty to protect our country and culture. The DMK is the only movement in India that is clashing ideologically with the BJP. That is why people like Union Home Minister Amit Shah are irritated with us.
He says, “We have conquered Bihar. Our next target is Tamil Nadu.” “You can’t do anything. This is Tamil Nadu. The only state the BJP cannot win is Tamil Nadu.”
If you come with love, we will embrace you. If you come with arrogance, we will not bow down. We will stand against you. We will defeat you. Connect with the achievements: DMK youth should be with the people, be a part of the people. Go to the people; interact with them; raise your voice for them.
Propagate the political sentiments, policies, and achievements of the Dravidian Model government, which the country will remember. We have implemented historical projects that no other government in the world has undertaken. Every vote should come to us and the alliance parties.
The future of Tamil Nadu: Elections are approaching. Remind the people of the mistakes, crimes, and betrayals committed during the AIADMK rule, which pushed Tamil Nadu into a ditch for 10 years. Tell the people what will happen to Tamil Nadu and what consequences they will face if they return to power.
The BJP, which is accustomed to betraying Tamil Nadu, will spread its false propaganda. They will come to contest the elections with divisive politics. We must be wary of them.
The question before the people in the 2026 assembly elections is whether we will move forward for the next 50 years? Or, will we succumb to those who are trying to drag us back 50 years? The answer the people will give to this question is the Dravidian Model Government 2.0. For this, you have to work hard.
The future of Tamil Nadu lies in the future of the DMK. That future must be prosperous and bright, so that Tamil Nadu can walk like a lion. You must be the foundation for that. Our mission is the Dravidian Model Government 2.0. Begin that journey to success today, said Chief Minister M.K. Stalin.
