Tamil Nadu: Actress Namitha garnered votes in support of Naina Nagendran
Tamil Nadu: Actresses Namitha and Kasthuri campaigned to support Naina Nagendran, the BJP candidate from the Sattur Assembly constituency.
On Friday, actress Namitha campaigned in Alankulam, Vembakottai, Sevalpatti, Ammaiyapatti Mukkurod, Karisalpatti, Kalavasal, Nallammalapuram, Saminathapuram Kanni Devanpatti, Keezharajukularam, Sundarankulam, V. Puthur, and Mettur areas in support of Naina Nagendran, the National Democratic Alliance candidate from the Sattur Assembly constituency and the BJP state president. Actress Kasthuri was present. Namitha said: “Steps will be taken to resolve public issues related to the firecracker industry. All demands of the people in the management area will be met. A public health complex and a playground will be built.”
An AIADMK government led by Edappadi Palaniswami should be formed to end family rule and the drug culture. He said steps would be taken to address basic problems in villages. A large number of National Democratic Alliance party officials attended the meeting.
