Tamil Nadu: 12 police inspectors on the waiting list have been reappointed.

Tamil Nadu: Police Commissioner A. Arun on Tuesday ordered the recall of 12 police inspectors on the waiting list of the Chennai Metropolitan Police Department.

In the Chennai Metropolitan Police Department, Kotturpuram Police Inspector S. Anandkumar was transferred to the Intelligence Unit, while waiting list inspectors K. Kaliraj was transferred to the R.K. Nagar Police Station, R. Thamaraj to the Kodungaiyur Crime Branch, R. Lilly to the Port Police Station, and S. Chandrasekharan to the M.K.B. Nagar Police Station.

The police department stated that the 13 inspectors so transferred will assume their new responsibilities within a day or two.
