Tambaram-Thiruvananthapuram special train service extended till June 13

Tamil Nadu : Weekly refrigerated special train service from Tambaram to Thiruvananthapuram North has been extended till 13th June.

Press release issued by Southern Railway in this regard:

Weekly refrigerated special train (No. 06035) running from Tambaram to Thiruvananthapuram every Friday at 7.30 pm has been extended till 13th June, and reverse train (No. 06036) running from Thiruvananthapuram to Tambaram every Sunday at 3.25 pm has been extended till 15th June.

Train cancellation: Meanwhile, maintenance work will be carried out at Katpadi railway yard on 13th June from 9 pm to 12.30 pm. Due to this, the MEMU train from Tirupati to Katpadi at 7.10 pm and the train from Katpadi to Tirupati at 9.10 pm will remain cancelled on that day. Besides, the MEMU train from Coast to Tiruvannamalai at 6 pm will also remain cancelled on the same day.

The MEMU passenger train from Tiruvannamalai to Tambaram at 4.30 am on June 14 will also remain cancelled.

Partial cancellation: Meanwhile, the MEMU passenger train from Arakkonam to Katpadi at 9 pm on June 13 will be halted at Sevur. The train from Villupuram to Katpadi at 7.10 pm on the same day will be halted at Vellore.
