Tamannaah Bhatia slams reporter to being called as ‘milky beauty’, says women should celebrate glamour

During the press meet of Tamannaah Bhatia starrer film Odela 2, a journalist asked the writer on his thoughts of casting milky beauty as shivashakti role. Tamannaah took over the question and slammed the reporter for calling her milky beauty.

Tamannaah Bhatia is preparing for the release of her supernatural thriller movie, Odela 2. The movie is all set to release on April 17. The movie is directed by Ashok Teja, and written by Sampath Nadi. The actress will be seen in a shivashakti role in the movie.

Ahead of the film’s release, the team held a press conference on March 22, where Tamannaah confronted a journalist for asking a question about her journey from Milk beauty to Shivashakti in the film.

During the press meet, media journalist asked the writer about his thought of transforming a milk beauty like tamannaah to a shivashakti role. Tamanna replied to this question over Sampath, who was clearly disappointed with such question.

Tamannah replied by saying that there’s nothing to be ashamed of being milky beauty, infact glamour in woman is something worth celebrating for, and above all we women should celebrate it.

The actress further urged women to accept themselves and respect themselves, saying that irrespective of gender we should respect everyone in return.
Later, the reporter clarified that she didn’t mean it as negative remark and apologised for putting the question in such manner.
