Sword waved in hotel, landlord threatening to vacate

Bilaspur. In Bilaspur, the landlord is threatening the operator to vacate the hotel. He reached the hotel with a sword and started threatening to kill the operator and employees. In this case, the police have registered a case against the land owner. A CCTV video of the landlord brandishing a sword has also surfaced, in which he is seen threatening the hotel operator and employees by showing them a sword. The operator told that he was spent about one crore rupees for running the hotel on the vacant land and now he is being harassed to vacate it. The case pertains to Tarbahar police station area. Shanti Nagar resident Nuka Murali Mohan Rao (30) has told in his complaint that Rama runs Anna Dosa Hotel opposite Magneto Mall. The owner of that land Ashwani alias Pappu Yadav lives in Vinoba Nagar. A few years ago, he gave his land in trust and entered into an agreement to give it on rent for running the hotel. Earlier both were friends. Therefore, the hotel operator spent about one crore rupees to build the hotel on the land. Now when the shop started running, he was threatened and got the big shop vacated and sent to the small shop.
