Sushmita and Kavita studied from Durg, became lieutenants and are serving in the military hospital

Bhilai. The students of Chandulal Chandrakar Government Nursing College located in Kachandur Durg are building their golden future after completing their studies. Two nursing students here, Sushmita Manhar and Kavita Tandon, have been selected for the prestigious Military Nursing Service (MNS). Recently, Sushmita and Kavita were honored in the college convocation. Both the students are feeling very proud to be a part of the Indian Army for nursing service.

It is noteworthy that Sushmita Manhar is originally from Prem Nagar in Korba district. Her father Budhram Manhar works as an electrician in SECL. Sushmita completed her BSc Nursing from Government Nursing College Durg in August 2023. Regarding the preparation for career building, Sushmita told that as soon as the college studies were completed, she focused completely on the competitive examination. In which the college principal Reema Rajesh and all the professors gave guidance from time to time. During the daily study of 9-10 hours, the syllabus related to competitive examination was on. Eventually the dream came true and she was selected as a lieutenant in the Military Nursing Service (MNS). Currently Sushmita is posted in Military Hospital Amritsar Punjab.

Sushmita says- she is very happy to be a part of the Indian Army and feels proud. Bhushan Tandon, father of Kavita Tandon, a resident of Bandha Par, District Mahasamund, is a teacher in primary school. Kavita tells that she completed her B.Sc. Nursing from Government Nursing College Durg in August 2023. After this she focused her attention on nursing related services. She made every possible preparation for the competitive exam. In which the college library also became an assistant. At the same time, the college principal Reema Rajesh and professors also got guidance. Due to which she was selected for the post of Lieutenant in the Military Nursing Service (MNS). Kavita is currently posted in Command Hospital Pune. Kavita says- she is very happy to be a part of the Indian Army and considers herself very proud.
