Suryakumar Yadav will join Mumbai Indians

Mumbai: Suryakumar Yadav will join the Mumbai Indians team by Friday evening. He was recovering from a heel injury and was currently at NCA Bengaluru. He has not played a single match yet in IPL this year.

However, it is not yet known whether he is completely fit for Sunday’s match against Delhi Capitals or not.

Suryakumar last entered the cricket field in December 2023. He suffered a heel injury during this match against South Africa. Apart from this, recently he also had surgery for sports hernia.

Currently, Mumbai is at the bottom of the points table after losing its first three matches.
