Surat: Brothel running under the guise of hotel and spa raided, 8 Thai girls rescued

Police raided a shop running under the guise of a hotel named The Oro Rooms on the third floor of Vesu’s Green Signature building in Surat and arrested the manager. When eight Thai girls were found in the guise of a spa in the business hub in front of Pal RTO.

The police raided a hotel called The Oro Rooms on the third floor of Green Signature building near Safal Square in Vesu. From where hotel manager Dinesh Badrinarayan Trivedi (age 52 years) was caught and arrested. The police released the two women and the customer from the hotel after questioning them. In the investigation of Dinesh, who runs a shop under the guise of a hotel, Rs 1,000 was collected from the masseur and Rs 2,000 for prostitution, including Rs 1,000 for prostitution. While the woman would have been paid Rs 500 per customer.

Eight girls from Thailand were released

Crime Branch’s Anti Human Trafficking Unit has busted a brothel running in the guise of a spa in the business hub in front of Pal RTO. Two managers Pramod Rameshbhai Vaid and Ashish Tilakraj Singh and a customer were arrested at Lhasa Family Spa located at Shop No. 309. And from there eight Thai girls were rescued. Eight thousand rupees cash, three mobile phones, 10 condoms and other items were recovered from here. Shopkeeper Ajay Patel, shop tenant Sheikh Farid Shamsher and Waris alias Paris absconded from the spot and declared them wanted and further action was taken.
