Surat: BJP’s cleaning campaign in Ambika Niketan temple

The Bharatiya Janata Party has launched a cleanliness drive around major religious places across the state. State BJP President CR in the famous Ambaji Niketan temple of Surat city and its surrounding areas. Patil cleaned with a broom in his hand. Along with this, State Education Minister Prafulbhai Pansheriya cleaned the area around the temple with a shovel in hand. A large number of Bharatiya Janata Party leaders and workers participated in it.

Ambika Niketan, also known as Mota Ambaji, is located in the Parle Point area of Surat. Ambika Niketan has special importance in the religious places of Surat. While the BJP has started a cleanliness drive at 23 religious places across the state, a cleanliness drive was also started from Ambika Niketan temple this morning. A huge amount of filth was also seen around the temple. Heaps of garbage were seen especially on the footpath at the back. This cleaning was done behind Ambika Niketan as part of the cleanliness drive at religious places.

If the city is clean then the temple grounds should also be clean: Prafulla Pansheriya

State Education Minister Prafulla Pansheriya said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is constantly giving priority to cleanliness. A lot of work is being done on the cleanliness mission across the country. From today, a cleanliness campaign has been started around 23 religious places across the state. Cleanliness campaign has been started at all the pilgrimage sites of the state from today. This campaign has been started with an effort to clean these pilgrimages at a microscopic level. A campaign will be run for two to two and a half hours to clean the pilgrimage site. Where this cleanliness campaign will be run continuously on the third Sunday of every month at all the 23 pilgrimage sites of the state.

Don’t just click photos, join the cleanliness drive: CR Patil

Gujarat BJP President C.R. Patil launched the cleanliness drive from Ambika-Niketan temple complex in Surat today. The BJP President challenged the workers not to take photographs and not participate in the cleanliness drive. Education Minister Prafulla Pansuriya also joined the cleanliness drive. After the politics of including 12 AAP councilors in BJP, all of them were ordered to join the cleanliness drive.

MLAs, councilors and workers participated in the cleanliness campaign launched in Surat under the leadership of Surat City BJP President Niranjanbhai Jhanjmera. Everyone cleaned the Ambika-Niketan temple complex and Tapi river ghat with brooms in their hands.
