Surat: Bhoomipujan of the primary school building by Minister of State for Education Prafullabhai Pansheriya

Minister of State for Education Prafullabhai Pansheriya performed the Bhoomi Pujan of the new building of the primary school constructed at a cost of Rs 40 lakh in Haldharu village of Kamrej tehsil. A total of 229 students from classes 1 to 8 study in Surat Zilla Panchayat Shiksha Samiti managed Haldharu Primary School.

Under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, 5 new rooms will be constructed in this school, in which 2 smart classes will be installed. With the creation of new facilities and realization of modern smart classes, children will get modern and global level education.

On this occasion, the minister said that this year, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, the government has sanctioned 10,000 new classrooms in various schools and given work orders and in the next one to one and a half years, 15 to 20 new classrooms will be given.

District Panchayat members Bhartiben Rathod and Manjuben Rathod, Tehsil Panchayat President Balwantbhai, Kamrej Tehsil Executive President Rasikbhai, Sarpanch Jayeshbhai, Pramukh Hirenbhai Patel, Dhirubhai, village leaders, villagers, school teachers and students were present on the occasion.
